Sarah is energetic and positive, with a warm, engaging style and a focus on values. She helps create the energy and self-belief that enables senior leaders to grow and succeed. She loves walking along the River Thames and is passionate about yoga, aiming to maintain flexibility in body, mind and spirit!
Sarah is a certified executive coach through APECS and has an MSc in Executive Coaching and Behavioural Change. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personal Development, fully accredited with the British Psychological Society, a certified NLP practitioner and a licensed HeartMath provider. She has a strong track record, working with executives and senior directors via action learning sets, executive coaching, team coaching and leadership development programmes. She has a passion for seeing people flourish and be the best in their particular situation.
Sarah’s style is energetic, pragmatic, commercial and values-based. She is a keen advocate for the people and teams she coaches. Her approach draws on psychodynamic perspectives, augmented with models and tools from Type theory, as well as insights from neuroscience and Positive Psychology, and research from HeartMath on resilience and well-being.
