Natasha combines rigorous ethical standards with a highly perceptive interpersonal style. Her love of the countryside and her personal discipline in practicing ballet keeps her on her toes outside of work.
Natasha is a registered Chartered Occupational Psychologist and qualified Executive Coach. She has a track record of over 18 years consulting and facilitation experience in developing leaders, teams and executives at all levels for both public and private sector clients. Her expertise in psychology, psychometrics and coaching enables her clients to release their core potential and maximise impact.
Natasha particularly enjoys facilitating teams to come together, forming a connection that motivates and energises everyone to achieve their collective potential whilst maximising individual capability. She has worked with a diverse range of clients including PWC, Grant Thornton, Gap, Nationwide, Royal Bank of Scotland, Barclays, Alstom, DVLA, NHS, Royal Air Force, IBM, The Salvation Army, Vodafone, British Telecom, and several UK Universities.
