Ken is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, who loves helping people gain greater meaning and happiness from their work. He has a passion for life-long learning and a drive to support others in their developmental journeys. He loves to use stories to bring concepts to life and to engage his audience.
Ken has extensive experience of coaching for both personal and professional development, designing and delivering team development workshops, and conducting leadership assessments for selection and development. He also has a strong background in psychometrics, using these alongside other psychological approaches, to help individuals develop self-awareness and identify developmental opportunities in a wide range of areas, such as communication, change, decision-making and building resilience.
